Questions
Which CAT software exports do you accept?
Page-image ASCII exports, the same file you would send for condensing. Using Eclipse, ProCAT or another CAT system? Send us a sample and we'll confirm.
What happens to my transcripts?
They are stored on Google Cloud in the United States (us-central1), encrypted in transit and at rest, and only your organization can reach them. By default we delete a transcript's files 90 days after its last render, and you can delete a transcript yourself at any time. We never use transcripts to train AI models.
How long does it take?
Most transcripts are ready in minutes. You watch each stage as it runs, and we email you when the PDFs are ready or need a look.
Will attorneys recognize the format?
Yes. The condensed edition uses the familiar four-pages-per-sheet layout with a word index, and the full-size edition keeps your page and line numbers exactly.
What if something is wrong with my file?
Every PDF is checked against your transcript before you see it. If the file looks damaged or incomplete, we mark it Needs review and tell you why instead of shipping a broken transcript, and it is never charged. You can fix the file and render again, or send it to our team to look at.
